You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account — whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your credentials — is your responsibility. Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the comos9 platform for any unlawful purpose or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law. This includes, but is not limited to: money laundering, fraud, abuse of technical systems, use of bots or automated software to interact with the platform, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or financial transactions.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You are not permitted to resell, transfer, or assign your account to any other party. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage must be reported to us rather than exploited.
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the comos9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and are their own personal property. Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation is prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. comos9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a first-time withdrawal or when the withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold. This is standard procedure to ensure the security of user funds.
Comos9 is not responsible for any transaction delays caused by third-party banking system failures, bank processing times, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
